As a Solicitor it is Sean’s aim to use his communication skills and knowledge to empower his clients to make sensible decisions and to provide the necessary support, to help them achieve their goals.
Sean is an admitted Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of the Commonwealth of Australia. Sean holds a Bachelor of Arts, with a double major in Modern History and Politics and International Relations, as well as a Bachelor of Laws (Honours). He also holds a Diploma of Legal Practice from the University of Newcastle.
It was whilst at university that Sean became passionate about both Immigration and Children’s Law. Since that time, he has worked in some of the most well-known Immigration and Care and Protection firms located in the Sydney and the Newcastle area.
Mark is a qualified and experienced Migration Agent with over 7 years’ experience in Migration Law.
Having worked in both large and small migration agencies and law firms throughout Sydney and elsewhere in Australia, he brings experience with dealing with all types of cases, from the simple and straightforward, to the difficult and seemingly impossible.
Whilst Mark has been specially focused on the skilled visa space, he has successfully argued hundreds of cases for parents, children and spouses, as well as protection visa applications, with both the Department of Home Affairs and the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.
With his depth of knowledge of the ever-changing legislation and his articulate wording of submissions, he has proven able to find pathways where other agents have determined that there were no options left for the applicant.
